I consent to the processing by Protektel Spółka Limited Liablity Company entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000670659, NIP: 7611539128, REGON: 142212143, address of the place of business and address for correspondence: ul. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 92, 06-300 Przasnysz by means of electronic communication, in accordance with the provisions of art. 10 sec. 1 and 2 of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means.

INFORMATION CLAUSE

Accordig to art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: GDPR, we inform you that:

    1. The administrator of your data is Protektel Limited Liabilty Company registerd into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000670659, NIP: 7611539128, REGON: 142212143, address of the place of business and address for correspondence: ul. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 92, 06-300 Przasnysz (ADO)
    2. Your personal data will be protected and processed for the purpose of:
      • Marketing of ADO’s own products and services (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR – our legitimate interest is to inform about our commercial offer,
      • fulfillment of our legitimate interest consisting in the possible determination or pursuit of claims or defense against claims (the legal basis for processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR),
    3. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which you have given your consent, with systematic control of the assessment of their usefulness, no longer than every 6 years from the date of their entry. In particular, they will be processed for the period of validity of the offer or the duration of the contract, but no longer than for the duration of the contract, and in the case of consent – until the consent is withdrawn. To the extent that the data are processed for the purpose of sending marketing content to you, they will be cle processed until the consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised to such processing. The period of personal data processing may be extended each time by the limitation period for claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for the pursuit of potential claims or defense against such claims by ADO. After this period, the data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law, including tax and accounting law.
    4. Your data will not be transferred to other entities except: suppliers of IT systems and ADO IT services, entities providing ADO with services necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you, including legal services, postal operators and couriers, banks in the scope of payment execution, certain persons performing regulated professions, such as lawyers.
    5. You have the right to: access the content of your personal data, including requesting the issuance of a copy and requesting its rectification, deletion of personal data (the right to be forgotten), restriction of the processing of personal data, the right to transfer personal data to another administrator, the right to object to the processing of personal data, including profiling, and for the purposes of direct marketing, to withdraw consent in the event that the ADO processes your personal data based on consent, at any time and in any manner, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
    6. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending marketing content to you. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data for purposes resulting from the legally justified interest of the ADO for reasons related to your special situation. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for placing and fulfilling an order, concluding a sales contract. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
